Pastors Emeka and Sandra are passionate about fulfilling God’s mandate of raising a people of great spiritual influence who live by God’s kingdom principles, positively impacting and creating changes to their worlds including systems, structures and governments, showcasing the manifold dimensions of God through the transformational power of the Holy Spirit. They are gifted in preaching and teaching God’s word with amazing depth and  practicality.

There are different teams in our church. Our team is entirely made up of volunteers who are dedicated to ensuring excellence in advancing the work of God’s kingdom. We consistently look for motivated, available and gifted people to join our team.

VOLUNTEER 

Digital & Social Media Team

We are a group of tech savvy people passionate about leveraging technology in creating digital and social media content to reach our various audiences. Volunteers on this team work on content creation, photography, audio-visual systems, cinematography and special effects. Come on-board this team if you are gifted or interested in this area.

Hospitality & Enjoyment Team

Our team is responsible for ensuring a friendly and generous welcome to our guests, visitors and members. Whether you are worshipping with us for the first time or intend to make our church your new home church, we extend a warm and loving hand of fellowship to all while creating an ambience of home where everybody is somebody and Jesus is Lord. We are also responsible for the catering of food and entertainment for all our services and events.  

Music Team

Our team is made up of people who love to sing, make melody and/or play musical instruments. City of God has a variety of musical instruments and sound production systems you can leverage to glorify God and enhance your skills. Join us if you feel lead, would like to learn or have talents and skills in this area.

Outreach & Networking Team

The world is our parish starting from Barrhaven! A strong back bone of the City of God is our commitment to impacting our communities and the world. We share the gospel, love of Christ, providing physical and spiritual help to those in need. We organize services in different care facilities throughout the year. We are responsible for initiating camp meetings, mission trips and community events.
