OUR SENIOR PASTORS
Pastor Emeka and Sandra Iroakazi are devoted to fulfilling God's mandate of raising a people of great spiritual influence who live by His kingdom principles. They are passionate about equipping believers to positively impact and transform their spheres of influence, including systems, structures, and governments, by showcasing the manifold dimensions of God through the power of the Holy Spirit. Both are gifted in preaching and teaching God's word with remarkable depth and practicality.
Having served as devoted members of RCCG Chapel of Grace for 6 years, Pastors Emeka and Sandra received a divine revelation concerning the Dominion Mandate. This led them to plant RCCG City of God, Barrhaven in 2021. Their deep passion for transformation drives them to see God's plans unfold in the lives of everyone they minister to.
As parents to four wonderful children, they skillfully balance the demands of ministry with their respective careers. Beyond their dedicated service, they find joy in travelling, cherishing quality time with their families, and continually nurturing their personal relationships with God.
VOLUNTEER
Digital & Social Media Team
We are a group of tech savvy people passionate about leveraging technology in creating digital and social media content to reach our various audiences. Volunteers on this team work on content creation, photography, audio-visual systems, cinematography and special effects. Come on-board this team if you are gifted or interested in this area.
Hospitality & Enjoyment Team
Our team is responsible for ensuring a friendly and generous welcome to our guests, visitors and members. Whether you are worshipping with us for the first time or intend to make our church your new home church, we extend a warm and loving hand of fellowship to all while creating an ambience of home where everybody is somebody and Jesus is Lord. We are also responsible for the catering of food and entertainment for all our services and events.
Music Team
Our team is made up of people who love to sing, make melody and/or play musical instruments. City of God has a variety of musical instruments and sound production systems you can leverage to glorify God and enhance your skills. Join us if you feel lead, would like to learn or have talents and skills in this area.
Outreach & Networking Team
The world is our parish starting from Barrhaven! A strong back bone of the City of God is our commitment to impacting our communities and the world. We share the gospel, love of Christ, providing physical and spiritual help to those in need. We organize services in different care facilities throughout the year. We are responsible for initiating camp meetings, mission trips and community events.
